Meet Kathryn
Kathryn Humphreys is a creative, project-oriented consultant with more than 20 years of experience in best practices and management in non-profit organizations and community partnerships. She has significant experience in strategic program expansion including scaled partnership building--with a focus on community impact, arts education research, curriculum and program development, collaborative (and fun!) professional development workshops for educators, teaching artists, and businesses, as well as partnership facilitation with schools and community partners.
As an arts and leadership consultant, Kathryn Humphreys is a trusted thought-partner and detailed project manager, with research, strategy, and mission-based design at the core of all work. A dynamic speaker and workshop facilitator, Kathryn creates energetic spaces for growth, leading to new ideas and paradigms through arts education principles.
As an arts administrator and educator, Kathryn has developed and implemented large scale programs and initiatives designed to improve teacher and teaching artist practice, as well as school residencies and programs that affect whole school change, provided strategic planning, created and published evaluation research to further the field of dance in education, created a profitable dance studio models with clear EDI focus in training and built innovative curriculum in adaptive, school residency, and teacher training programs.
